How do I open the (cargo) doors?

Have a look in the manual. This isnt always the same sequence for all aircraft but commonly the following key assignments are used. You can check your own FS assignments to see which key is set for this animation.

Passenger door default (shift + E)

Cargo door default (shift+E+2)

shift + E + 3

tailhook

wings fold

water rudder

concorde nose

Pushback
