Trouble Ticket

I was just wondering...I submitted a trouble ticket for support about 5 days ago and haven't heard anything. I purchased a new rig and I'm trying to install my A330-340 files into it, but I get an error message that says it is the wrong registration number, even though it is the one I used on the old computer and have saved all this time for reference. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help. I got the A330-340 package installed and was able to purchase the A330 expansion models...which look great!
