I recently purchased and downloaded the MD-8X file from the website. The file, zipped, appeared to be 193.meg. I downloaded it using a cable modem from the main webpage. It took approx. 3 mins to download.

After unzipping in a temp folder I ran the setup.exe, entered the license code and the rest of the correct info regarding Vista and FSX. When it came time to create the file path I entered the correct path specific to where FSX resides. I then presses next and it indicated it would be loading the MD-8x in the following folder:

C:\program files\ Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight S Simulator X\ and then I get the "invalid filename" error.

Anyone seen this prob and what is the solution?

on first look, the path seems to be wrong but
