If you are having problems with FS crashing when you try to load our CLS Business Jet, please send an email to info@commerciallevel.com with all of your computer specs.

Thanks

This so we can try to find out why this happens to some of you, and not to the rest.
Cheers,

I just purchased CLS BJ, but the FS04 system crashes when I select the aircraft.

I will let Nick make a version without transparency, this is likely to help in your case. Hold on a few days, Nick is away for a few days.

What video card do you have?
Do you have the latest drivers?
How is your RAM made up. Is it a twin matched pair?
Is this FS9 or FSX?
The first thing that springs to mind is that you are a bit low on RAM. FS9 would be better with a gig, and FSX with even more.

Albert, did you suggest in the past changing monitor resolution?

Also, You can download the WINDOWS MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC TEST from Microsoft to test your ram. I've not tried this myself, but CTDs can be a ram issue.
Also, check you CPU temperature. If the heat sink gets filled with dust, the CPU could get to an unstable temperature.

cheers,
nick
