Hi I tried to open a ticket regarding the issue that when I tried to run the patch it would not accept my registration number and I was wondering if you have any ideas as to how I could run the patch successfully?

Hi, there! I downloaded patch 1 today and tried to install it, it doesn't accept my Sydney airport Pro X's licence key (After I typing Licence key, it doesn't let me click "Next"). Do you have any idea to solve it? Hope can get your reply asap! Thanks!
