Invalid License Key

I bought the CLS Sydney from fspilotshop.com yesterday.
When I tried to install and in put the license key, ti shown as INCORRECT KEY!
I sent an email to fspilotshop and they told that all keys were tested and valid.
I tried many times already but still unable to install.

What's wrong with it? How to solve the problem?

Same thing is happening to me, i brought the CLS Sydney Scenery from FSPilotShop about 3 weeks ago and when i downloaded it, it gave me the serial key so i typed it into the part where it requires the installation serial key thingy. Then it says, 'Key is incorrect'. So i though maybe the 'proper' serial key will come when the CD disk comes. So i wait then when it comes which is today...i see a the same serial key that got sent to me when i 1st brought it. So im like...ohk i'll try it again then. BUT it dosen't work. -_- Im so frustrated and i need this problem solved ASAP! I've payed $36.57 for nothing so far -___- This needs to be solved FAST!
